A Norfolk County resident is facing charges after Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of mischief in progress on Albert Street in Langton.
The incident occurred on Friday, when police were called to the scene.
Upon arrival, officers determined that two individuals had been involved in an interaction during which one of them damaged the windows of a residence.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Following further investigation, police charged a 58-year-old with criminal harassment for repeatedly communicating with the victim and mischief under $5,000.
Police say the victim had been receiving ongoing, unwanted text messages and videos from the accused prior to the incident.
The OPP continues to encourage the public to report harassment and suspicious activity, reminding residents that help is available for those affected by unwanted communication or threatening behaviour.
