The 10th Annual Marci Cook Memorial Tournament, in honour of a beloved local hockey mom, kicks off this weekend in Norfolk County.
This special event welcomes approximately 30 House League and Local League teams from across Ontario.
Founded in memory of Marci Cook, a tireless volunteer and passionate hockey mom who sadly lost her battle with cancer, the tournament not only celebrates hockey but also raises funds for breast cancer awareness and local causes.
Teams and spectators are encouraged to “wear pink” in support of breast cancer awareness. The event, proudly sponsored by Simcoe Arms, also features raffles and prize draws, making it a fun-filled weekend for a great cause.
Come out, support local teams, and honour Marci Cook’s legacy. For more event details and ways to get involved, visit the official tournament page or follow local community updates.
