The Port Rowan community is coming together to support Riley Stobbe and his family after a serious logging accident left him with multiple fractures and a long road to recovery.
A GoFundMe campaign has already raised over $26,000, showing the outpouring of generosity and kindness from friends, family, and neighbours.
On January 23, Riley was rushed to Tillsonburg Hospital and later transferred to Victoria Hospital in London after suffering a fractured skull, multiple facial fractures, and a broken jaw.
While he recovers in the hospital, the fundraiser aims to ease financial stress on his wife Hayley and their three children by helping cover travel expenses, food, and lost income during his time off work.
