Acting out of an abundance of caution, Norfolk County Fire Services directed students, staff, and visitors to safe, designated areas. This ensured everyone remained warm and secure during the investigation.
After a thorough check, fire officials determined there was no danger to anyone in the building or the surrounding community. With the all-clear given, the school day resumed as normal.
