Little Bean had its big grand opening this past weekend. Victoria Asnong, owner of Little Local in Delhi, has turned her baby boutique into a growing success. After four years in business, Little Local moved to 116 King Street, a historic building, to gain more space and add Little Bean, a coffee bar.
If you’re unfamiliar Little Local offers a pretty diverse range of merchandise. From baby items to toys for older kids, as well as clothing and shoes for men and women. Asnong explains the addition of the coffee bar.
The Little Bean will focus on takeout, for customers on the move, allowing others to enjoy coffee while browsing, and it’s local coffee at that.
Little Bean also offers cold-pressed juices from Norfolk Juice Co., fresh baked goods, and gluten-free options.
Victoria, who moved to Norfolk County in 2019, runs the business with her family. She credits strong social media engagement and a central location for attracting new customers from nearby towns.
With personalized service and steady growth, Little Local and Little Bean are thriving examples of small business success in Norfolk County.
