Another suspicious fire in Norfolk.
In the early hours today (Friday), Norfolk County’s volunteer firefighters braved sub-zero temperatures to combat a structure fire on St. John’s Road West, outside of Vittoria.
Five fire stations responded to the call at approximately 12:30 a.m., finding a two-storey abandoned residential home fully engulfed in flames.
The fire caused an estimated $350,000 in damage, and the cause is being treated as suspicious.
