Norfolk County is asking for your thoughts, opinions, and suggestions about how their services are being delivered. A survey has been launched as part of a Customer Experience Strategy and Action Plan project, with a goal of helping improve how services are delivered in the community.
“I encourage all members of the community interested in Norfolk County’s future-including residents, businesses, and community partners-to complete the customer service survey,” said Norfolk Mayor Amy Martin. “Customer service is a top priority for Council. Your candid feedback will guide us in identifying areas for enhancement, ensuring we deliver an outstanding experience to our community.”
The survey runs until Friday, February 23rd. Residents can go online at EngageNorfolk.ca or they can use an Engage Norfolk Comment Box at the locations below:
– ServiceNorfolk in Simcoe (185 Robinson Street, Suite 100) or Delhi (183 Main Street of Delhi)?
– Customer service counter at the Simcoe Recreation Centre (182 South Drive, Simcoe)
– Any Norfolk County Public Library branch (add web link)
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Everyone that completes a survey can enter a draw for a chance to win one of three $25 gift cards. Responses will remain confidential to ensure open and honest feedback.
