The Norfolk County OPP is attempting to identify three individuals following a break-and-enter in Townsend Monday.
Police were called to an address on Cockshutt Road where it was determined that just before 12:30 a.m., the three unidentified individuals forcefully entered a business and then took off with a quantity of alcohol in a light-coloured Dodge Ram pickup truck.
Before fleeing, it was also established that the individuals made an unsuccessful attempt at removing an automated teller machine (ATM) from the business.
The vehicle was last seen traveling eastbound on Norfolk County Road 19 East.
Suspect #1 was described as follows:
Male
Heavy build
Grey hooded sweatshirt
Black pants
Grey shoes
Suspect #2 was described as follows:
Male
Average build
Maroon hooded sweatshirt
Beige pants
Grey camouflage baseball hat
Grey shoes
The noted vehicle was being driven by suspect #3; hence, no description was obtained.
As police continue to investigate that ask anyone with relevant information to contact them.
