The Special Olympics Torch Run is officially back in Simcoe.
Today (Thursday) at 4 p.m., the first in person run since the pandemic started will take place starting at Sprucedale Youth Centre.
Following photos, the run will begin with Constable Jeremy Renton filling us in on all the details.
They are just looking to raise as much money as possible for our local athletes, and encourages the community to show their support.
Renton said the best part about these events, is the money raises locally stays here.
