Kiley Long saw a need in the community at the beginning of the pandemic and took action.
The now Grade 12 student at Holy Trinity Catholic High School started a business in 2020 to get food to residents in Norfolk County.
Kiley’s Spuds N’ Stuff became an official Ontario business after receiving a licence on June 29, 2020.
She said she has two influences that helped her get to where she is today.
The Simcoe resident is heading off to University in the fall.
The young entrepreneur isn’t 100 per cent sure on what she would like to do with her degree once it is finished.
