The Macdonald Turkey Point Marina reporting a huge success over the weekend.
Last weekend they held their 21st annual MacDonald Turkey Point Marina London Children’s Hospital Health Foundation Bass Tournament.
31 teams competed in this years event, and following the money raised from this event and a special Labour day concert, more that $16,000 has now been raised.
This is the biggest donation they have ever had in the 21 years of fund raising.
120 bass were caught and released.
The 2021 Champions Ken Sherret and Martin Neary with a total 5 bass weight of 16.44lbs.
Big fish went to Bruce and Donna Leeson with a Largemouth tipping the scale at 5.13lbs.
