- An outbreak at Parkview Meadows was declared on April 1, with one positive case in a staff member.
- An outbreak at Anson Place was declared on April 2, with one positive case in a staff member.
- An outbreak at Armstrong Milling Co. in Hagersville was declared by the health unit on April 6. No information regarding the number of cases was released.
- An outbreak was declared at McKinnon Park Secondary School in Caledonia. News of the second COVID-19 case at McKinnon Park came on April 3. The first case was identified on April 2. The school remains open for those who were not close contacts.
- An outbreak was declared at Boston Creek Transport in Hagersville on April 6. No information regarding how many cases was reported.

VACCINES
– 32,134 doses of the vaccine have been received from the ministry.
