Spring is all about renewal — and Practically Magick: A Peddler’s Marketplace has you covered.
Taking place this Saturday, the event is organized by the Order of the Graham Tradition — the same group that brought Krampus to Norfolk County during the winter holidays.
We spoke with Melinda Passmore and Jeremy Ransom, owners of Melinda’s Enchanted Cottage in Simcoe, about the upcoming event.
The goal is to capture the unique atmosphere of their previous market events, while also bringing something fresh to the table.
They told us that spring and magic go hand in hand, making this the perfect time to host an event like this.
One of the most exciting parts of this marketplace is that it truly stands out — it’s a one-of-a-kind experience.
Just like their popular Krampus event, Practically Magick is expected to attract visitors from outside the county.
That growing interest is fuelled by the rising popularity of magic and witchcraft.
Practically Magick: A Peddler’s Marketplace takes place at the Jr. Farmers Building on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The first 25 guests will receive a free gift bag — and there’ll be complimentary cottage candy available too.
