Heavy rain is moving into the area.
Environment Canada says 30 to 50 mm of rainfall is expected today through early Thursday, with even higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Already saturated ground means a risk of localized flooding.
Rain starts this morning in southwestern Ontario, reaching the Golden Horseshoe this afternoon, and clears overnight.
