The trial of Randall McKenzie and Brandi Stewart-Sperry, accused of murdering OPP Constable Greg Pierzchala, began in Cayuga yesterday.
Prosecutors say body-cam footage shows McKenzie firing six shots at the officer during a traffic stop in December 2022.
The accused fled but were later tracked down in nearby woods.
The trial continues Friday.
