
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his parole.
Ashton Drysale, 37, is described as a mixed-race Black and Indigenous male. He is 5’10” (178 cm) tall, weighs approximately 189 lbs (86 kg), and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Drysale is currently serving an eight-year, 10-month sentence for a series of violent offenses, including:
Discharging a restricted or prohibited firearm with intent
Possessing a weapon contrary to a prohibition order
Robbery with threats of violence
Possessing a prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition
Possessing illicit cannabis
Authorities say Drysale is known to frequent the Brantford, Ottawa and Toronto areas.
