Canada’s 45th general election has been officially called.
Liberal Leader Mark Carney launched the campaign Sunday after meeting with Governor General Mary Simon, requesting the dissolution of Parliament and setting the election date for April 28th.
Carney took the time to reflect at his short time in office, and why Canada should stay the course.
Conservative Leader Pierre Pollievre came out swinging, saying it is time for change.
NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh thinks its time for Canada to make the switch.
Advance polling will take place on April 18th to the 21st.
