The Water Gun assault charge is not going to court.
The Simcoe Reformer is reporting that Wendy Washik had an assault charge withdrawn after agreeing to a no-contact order with the neighbour Sheehan Rochester.
Washik claimed the water-gun incident was an accident, while Rochester argued it was part of ongoing harassment.
