What is a great event for $15?
Lakewood Elementary School is hosting its first-ever Trivia Night on Friday, March 28, at the Port Dover Community Center. The event, led by trivia host and former Jeopardy! contestant Stephen Spriensma, will raise funds for the school’s Snack Program. Spriensma explains the importance of fundraising for the program.
The Trivia Night aims to bring the community together while supporting local children. Anybody who wants to help out the school can attend, but Spriensma explains they’re really leaning into a night out for parents.
For anyone worried about the difficulty or type of questions, you’re not on your own. You play on a team and Spriensma emphasizes that the goal is to have fun.
Teams of four to eight can register through School Cash Online or Eventbrite, and individual participants are welcome as well. Doors open at 7 p.m., with trivia kicking off at 7:30 p.m. Tickets will also be available at the door.
