Norfolk County firefighters are on the scene (Monday morning) of a serious house fire on Hazen Road, just west of Langton, after being dispatched around 4 a.m.
Upon arrival, fire crews found a single-family home engulfed in flames, with fire already spreading through the roof.
Thankfully, all residents made it out safely, though some family pets are still missing and unaccounted for at this time.
Multiple fire stations, including Langton, Fairground, Courtland, and Delhi, have responded to battle the blaze.
Officials report the fire is under control but not fully extinguished as of this morning.
No injuries have been reported.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined, and an investigation has not yet begun.
Fire officials confirmed that the property owner is insured.
