Toronto Pearson International Airport has resumed full operations following a crash landing incident on February 17th that left 21 people hospitalized and caused major flight disruptions.
The affected runway has reopened, and final cleanup efforts are underway on a second runway, which is expected to be fully operational soon.
Airport officials confirm that cancellations are now within normal levels, with 1% of departing flights and 2% of arrivals affected.
All 76 passengers and four crew members aboard the Delta Air Lines flight survived, despite the aircraft flipping and bursting into flames upon landing. Those hospitalized have since been released.
Travelers can now expect normal airport operations, though they are advised to check with airlines for any lingering delays.
