The Norfolk Literary Prize has officially launched.
This year was a special event at Holy Trinity, trying to get more youth involved in the annual writing competition.
That was Belinda Smith, Virtual Library Coordinator.
She broke down exactly what they are looking for.
Of course there are certain rules involved too.
While the gates have opened up now, there is plenty of time for poets and authors to get their creations to paper.
After that, there will be a delay between submitting and the actual award night.
A special guest speaker was on hand for the launch giving advice, which can be heard here.
All the submission information can be found here.
