After extensive research and public consultation, Haldimand County Council has approved a new seven-ward boundary system.
This change, effective for the 2026 municipal election, adds a new ward in Caledonia while maintaining representation in all other areas.
The decision follows recommendations by Watson & Associates Economists Ltd. and aims to improve local representation.
