Another blast of winter weather is coming for the Family Day long weekend, with Norfolk anticipated to see snow throughout the day Saturday and Sunday.
Warning Preparedness Meteorologist with Environment Canada Steven Flisfeder says the snowfall totals this weekend will resemble what we saw just days ago.
Flisfeder adds that you should always take your time while driving in the winter, as road conditions and visibility may be poor.
After this weather system has moved through, he says that colder temperatures will be on the way to start the shortened work week.
With this being the third major winter weather system in an eight day span, Flisfeder says we are starting to see totals that look more like a typical winter – adding that last winter was much lower than average.
