Make your big game celebration go even further this weekend. The Norfolk County Terry Fox Run is holding a bottle drive.
Whether you’re routing for the Chiefs or Eagles, they are asking residents to consider donating their empties to a great cause! They will accept cans, bottles, tetras or boxes dropped off at one of their two bins. The first is located at 2323 Hwy-3 Simcoe (closest intersection is HWY-3 and Fertilizer RD) or at the corner of Fertilizer RD and Windham RD 14.
A friendly reminder that they are only collecting donations of alcoholic empties. The volunteers operate year round to ensure they continue to raise funds for cancer research. Since starting in 2021 they’ve raised over $10,000 for cancer research!
