Peavey Industries, the biggest farm and ranch retail chain in Canada, announced it’s shutting down all its stores.
This includes 90 Peavey Mart stores and six MainStreet Hardware locations.
The company says it had to make this tough choice because of rising costs, low consumer confidence, and supply chain problems.
They’ve also filed for creditor protection, which gives them time to figure out their next steps while closing their stores and selling off products.
Sales at all stores will start right away as the company works to wind down operations.
