The Norfolk County Agricultural Society will hold its Annual General Meeting on Saturday, January 25th at 11:00 AM in the Junior Farmers Building #1 at the Norfolk County Fairgrounds (172 South Drive, Simcoe). Attendees will review audited financial statements, witness service award presentations, and participate in the election of Board Directors.
To vote, members must hold both 2024 and 2025 memberships, available for $20 at the Fair Office, online at norfolkcountyfair.com, or before the meeting. Please confirm attendance with Katie by emailing katie@norfolkcountyfair.com or calling 519-426-7280 x221.
If canceled due to weather, the meeting will be rescheduled for Tuesday, January 28th, at 7:00 PM. All are welcome to join this important community event.
