Norfolk County is inviting residents to share their feedback on a new Corporate Communications, Engagement, and Marketing Strategy. The plan aims to improve how information is shared, services are promoted, and community engagement is conducted.
Residents can participate by completing a short survey available online at engagenorfolk.ca/communications or picking up a paper copy at Norfolk County Administration Buildings in Simcoe and Delhi, as well as all Norfolk County Public Library branches. The survey closes on January 26th.
Feedback gathered will help identify communication preferences, barriers, and ways to better connect with residents, businesses, and visitors. Survey participants can also express interest in joining focus groups for further discussion.
As an incentive, those who complete the five-minute survey can enter a draw to win a $100 Visa gift card.
For more details and to participate, visit engagenorfolk.ca/communications.
