Norfolk County is asking residents to share their thoughts on improving Ride Norfolk as part of a new Transit Master Plan, set to be finalized in early 2025.
The plan aims to build a more sustainable and efficient transit system. Feedback from a previous survey highlighted challenges like limited service hours, inconsistent routes, and growing demand for on-demand rides. Residents suggested longer hours, more frequent buses, expanded routes beyond Simcoe, and schedules aligned with work hours.
A second survey is now open, focusing on solutions. It takes 15–20 minutes to complete and closes January 3, 2025.
Complete the survey online at engagenorfolk.ca/RideNorfolk-tmp or visit local library branches for paper copies.
Help shape the future of transit in Norfolk County!
