A Toronto resident charged with public intoxication in Simcoe.
On Monday night, OPP got a call to Fourteenth Street West regarding the suspected individuals.
Officers investigated and took the 38-year-old into custody.
The OPP reminds community members that under the Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019, it is illegal to be intoxicated in public places where the general public is invited or allowed access, or in any shared areas of residences with multiple dwellings.
