Norfolk County wants residents to know that regardless of a mail disruption, residents must meet payment deadlines for County services.
Even if physical bills from the County are delayed, the payments are expected to be on time.
To stay updated the County suggests residents go to NorfolkCounty.ca or call 519-426-5870, ext. 0, for assistance.
Digital services and automatic payments are encouraged to minimize potential delays.
