Today: Join the Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice for Healing Steps, a bereavement walking group. This weekly outdoor walking bereavement group offers support and encouragement to individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one. The group will take place in Waterford from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. There is NO CHARGE to participants for this program. Pre-registration is required. Today: Norfolk County Quilters’ Guild’s November meeting. All quilters are welcome to our meeting, if you would like to come as a guest, sign up to join, or need further information, please go to our website: norfolkquiltguild.ca. This month our guest speaker will present a trunk show of her Quilts made with Japanese Fabrics.
Tomorrow: Ham Dinner at the Waterford Legion (Nichol Street West, Waterford) serving begins at 5:30pm. Dessert, coffee and tea are included. $14.00 per person, cash only.
Upcoming: Delhi Community Health Centre’s Tinsel & Twine Holiday Raffle, Tickets will be on sale until December 1st. Draws will begin December 2nd at 10:30 AM. There are 15 draws that will be drawn weekdays from December 2 to December 20. There is $3000.00 in prizes to be won, from $95 to $500 in value. All prizes were donated by local community artisans, crafters and businesses.
