The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry cracking down on unsafe hunting.
The recently charged two men, from Vienna and Aylmer, with carless hunting, hunting at night, and abandoning the flesh of an animal amongst other offenses.
Both men were fined $5,650.
The incident took place December 6th in Bayham where it is said the duo were driving with a loaded firearm in their truck when they came across a rabbit, shooting it out the passenger window, and then leaving the rabbit behind.
