Norfolk has launched a new online customer service portal where residents can submit service requests or report an issue online, anytime, day or night.
The online portal at service.norfolkcounty.ca provides residents, businesses, and visitors with self-service access to non-emergency County services.
Service requests available include:
- Road safety concerns
- Business licensing applications

Users will receive a case number by email after submitting a request should additional communication with staff be required.
