Norfolk’s second Rainbow crosswalk is being installed today in Port Dover.
It will be at the intersection of Main Street and Chapman Street.
The first Rainbow crosswalk was installed in June on Union Street at Norfolk Street in Simcoe and was funded by “Ryder’s Rainbow” initiative.
The community raised more than $30,000 which was enough to cover the cost of two decorative crosswalks, and after taking in community input, Port Dover was selected as the second location.
