FOOD:
A Favourite feature of the event each year, in 2023 the Fair boasts over 50 food vendors offering the sweet and savory treats we look forward to each year, and adds some fun new offerings to the mix.
Some of the new additions to the food lineup this year come following massive popularity at June’s Fairgrounds Festival. Fair newcomers joining the list this year are:
- Philthy Philly’s – featuring specialty Philly cheese steak and chopped cheese poutines
- Cheeseheadz – offering their famous Grilled Cheese, Mac and Cheese, and Chicken Sandwiches
- The Dipped Dessert Club – Adding a second trailer to their popular cheesecake on a stick, serving warm homemade apple fritters with your choice of ice cream and toppings.
- Many of the local and historical favourites are returning for another year, and are putting a twist on their traditional menus. We have to wait for them to be released closer to the Fair.
