The Rural Ontario Municipal Association, or ROMA, continues its efforts to advocate on behalf of and enhance small town Ontario.
Chair Robin Jones says they’ve turned their focus to three key areas following the pandemic.
She says reports have been completed on the first two and are working on the final one.
According to Jones, they’re putting together a report by asking community stakeholders how’d they approach the gaps in service.
They’re asking field experts in social services for their thoughts on the state of things and what they’d improve if they could.
Once the report is compiled, they’ll take it to provincial leaders and fight for change.
