A big financial boost for Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice thanks to the the Presbytery of Hamilton of the Presbyterian Church in Canada.
They provided a significant donation of $42,000 as part of their ongoing mission and ministry to the area.
The Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice was recommended to the Presbytery by the members of the former Port Dover congregation of Knox Presbyterian Church.
Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice has a mission to build a Centre for Hospice Palliative Care dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care in the community.
Right now, they provide hospice palliative care education, compassionate caregiver and family support, as well as adult and children’s grief and bereavement programs.
