A 50-year-old Norfolk woman is facing charges after being stopped at a RIDE check on Radical Road in Simcoe on September 24 around 2 a.m.
Tammy Morris was charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus after being tested for sobriety at the stop.
She is set to appear in court at a later date.

A 42-year-old Norfolk County resident is facing charges after a collision.
On September 23 at around 5 p.m. emergency services responded to a call on Windham East Quarter Line Road.
Police say a vehicle was stopped at an intersection when it was struck from behind.
As a result of the collision a 45-year-old Tillsonburg resident suffered minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
Following the investigation the Norfolk driver has been charged with careless driving, three counts of driving while under a suspension, driving without insurance, failing to wear a seatbelt, and using plates not authorized for a vehicle.
