Though his name will be on the ballot, Ryan Taylor is not seeking a seat in Ward 5.
The current sitting councillor has informed us at Norfolk Today that something has come up which will prevent him from seeking re-election.
With this, he says people in Ward 5 have their fair share of great candidates to choose from.
Finally, he just thanked everyone for the support.
