Norfolk County has officially sold the Langton Administration Building.
The property at 22 Albert Street sold for $725,000.
The buyer intends to use the property to establish a data centre.
The net proceeds as a result of this sale will be transferred to the Property Management
Services Reserve as per Council direction received at the time of sale authorization.
