It is A Day of Inspiration at the radio station and we are featuring stories of the people involved with Community Living.
Helen Lindsay is a service participant with Norfolk Association for Community Living, and active in the community.
Lindsay sits on the NACL board, works at the cafe, and volunteers at Norview Lodge.
The avid volunteer suggests others do the same.
She added that she gets a lot out of being involved with Community Living.
