Oldies’s Experience This Eatery of the Week is The Chip Ship, located in Port Rowan, owned by Amie and Ray Ferris.
The food truck is located on the same property that Ray’s grandparents owned the Old Cut Inn. Ray says that weather depending, they plan to be open until Thanksgiving, with the hours changing at Labour Day.
Ray says that a future project of theirs is going to be rebuilding the Inn, and then moving the Chip Ship into the building. One thing he wants to ensure when they do build the Inn, is that it is the same as the way it was when his grandparents owned it, down to using the same sign and green colour of the building.
