Gator BBQ owner Matt Smith is excited to get back on the road after a year without fairs and festivals.
While they are on the road, the West Street location will remain open.
In Ontario, Smith thinks there may be drive through or walk up rib fests this summer. He said they are also still waiting on official word from the Norfolk County Fair.
Smith said the customer support over the pandemic was greatly appreciated.
The owner added that due to the pandemic, the price of pork has been steadily going up.
