Our local theatre is stretching its legs across Ontario.
Lighthouse Festival has entered into a five-year agreement with the City of Port Colborne to take on the artistic and facility management of the theatre at the Roselawn Centre for the Arts.
This agreement gives Lighthouse full control of the entertainment offering at the theatre year round and the ability to upgrade the theatre space to better meet the needs of the patrons and artists.
New technical equipment that will enhance the live events has been installed during the pandemic pause, including new lighting and major upgrades to the sound capabilities of the auditorium.
A new lobby, bar and art gallery will also be there as well once they are reopened.
