Following further investigation into the Emergency Orders breach at the Church of God on Sunday, the Aylmer Police have laid additional charges. Police say the 52 year old woman from Shakespeare who was wanted for her participation in Sunday’s incident, turned herself into police Monday.
She was released by way of an undertaking charged with one count of Obstructing Police in the execution of the duties and is scheduled to appear in St. Thomas Court later in June.
Church of God Restoration has also been charged under the Re-opening Act of Ontario with Corporation – Fail to comply with a continued section 7.0.2 order.
The Aylmer Police were also able to identify and charge 6 additional individuals for their participation and role in the Church Service being delivered.

They have all been summons to court scheduled for June and charged with Individual – fail to comply with a section 7.0.2 order of the Re-opening Act of Ontario.
