Construction season is starting at the Lynn Valley Trail.
A portion of the trail, between Simcoe and Port Dover, will be closed from March 29 to April 16 for a project.
Repairs and upgrades will be done to the Robinson and Burt Bridges.
That was Lynn Valley Trail Association member Paul Beischlag.
The wooden ramps approaching the bridges are going to be replaced with turf stone.
Once the repairs have been complete, the hope is they won’t take much to maintain.
The cost of this project is around the $29,000 mark, with all of the funding coming from donations and memberships.
