It has been a hard year for many people, and Church Out Serving wants to make sure that those who need it have a nice hot meal on Christmas day.
The charity group is offering a free Community Christmas Dinner, but instead of people gathering around and sharing a meal together, they will be providing curbside pickup for those who need it.
Church Out Servings Eric Haverkamp says they are well prepared and ready to roll out the meal, having months of experience in this food delivery model.
At the end of the day, the driving force is to ensure people can have a hot meal even if they are going through some hard times.
As for what you can expect for the meal, Haverkamp says you are in for a treat.
Meals will be handed out between 1:00 to 2:30pm on December 25.
RVSPs will be received until Monday, December 21.
