NORFOLK COUNTY MAN ARRESTED FOR ATTEMPTED ROBBERY WITH A WEAPON

The Norfolk OPP have arrested a man in connection with an attempted robbery at a convenience store in Simcoe.
          
On December 28th, a man wearing brown coveralls and a black balaclava walked into Robinson Mart and Videos in downtown Simcoe, pulled out a knife, and demanded cash.
      
No money was turned over, and the suspect fled on foot.
          
On Wednesday, members of the Norfolk County Crime Unit arrested 22-year-old Dustin Drake Light of Norfolk County.
     
He is being charged with attempted robbery, wearing a disguise with intent and possession of a dangerous weapon.
            
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
