For the second time in a month, an officer with the OPP had to save someone from a drug overdose.

It happened on Saturday when police were called to the Queensway Motel in Simcoe.

When officers arrived, they found a 27-year old man unresponsive.

Police immediately gave three doses of naloxone to the victim.

The man eventually woke up and was taken to hospital for further treatment.
